  • Non-Refundable: Once the product is delivered or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

1.2 Online Courses

  • Refund Request Window: Refund requests for courses can be made within 3 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
  • No Refunds will be issued after this period or if a significant portion of the course has been accessed.
