At Cheaprate, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and courses to our customers. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that there can be exceptions. Please read our refund policy carefully.

- Non-Refundable: Once the product is delivered or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
- Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
1.2 Online Courses
- Refund Request Window: Refund requests for courses can be made within 3 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
- No Refunds will be issued after this period or if a significant portion of the course has been accessed.
